How do NOT OF THE WRLD drops work?

NOT OF THE WRLD releases products through curated drops and collections. At this stage of the brand, many of our pieces are offered on a pre-order basis, meaning they are produced based on the orders we receive. This allows us to release intentionally, minimize excess inventory, and focus our resources on product quality and the experience of our Citizens. As we grow, our goal is to carry more on-hand inventory so we can fulfil and ship orders much faster.

Are your products pre-orders?

Most of our products are available for pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page. This means your piece may be produced after your order is placed rather than being held as ready-to-ship inventory. The expected shipping timeline is always communicated before you place your order.

Our pre-order model lets us produce intentionally based on demand, minimizing excess inventory while putting our resources into product quality. For now, most pre-order items ship within 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What happens if I order multiple products?

We generally ship your entire order together once all of your items are ready. If your order contains products with different fulfilment timelines, it may ship according to the item with the longest estimated shipping time. If anything significantly affects your timeline, we'll let you know.

Can sold-out products restock?

Accepted Answer

Certain products, colours, or sizes may have limited availability or may only be available during a specific ordering window. Once an item sells out or the window closes, we can't guarantee it will return — some pieces are restocked, others stay exclusive to their original drop. Any restocks or returning pieces are announced on our website and social channels.

Most NOT OF THE WRLD pieces are unisex unless otherwise stated. Because our pieces come in different silhouettes — oversized, boxy, and traditional fits — sizing varies between products. Always check the size chart and fit description on each product page. For the best fit, compare those measurements with a garment you already own and like.

Because pre-order pieces may enter production shortly after your order is placed, we can't guarantee changes once production has begun. Can I cancel my order?

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After this period, your order may have entered production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@notwrld.com.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact us at hello@notwrld.com as soon as possible. If your pre-order item hasn't entered production, we may be able to change the size. If you've already received your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery — where inventory is available, we may be able to offer an exchange.
